GAA Pole Trainer (set of 2) Black/Yellow

The Pole Trainer is a strong nylon rod with a flexibly mounted sliotar on one end, and a secure hand grip at the other.  One metre long and weighing only 500 grammes, it is an extremely handy piece of equipment in coaching classes or groups of young hurlers.

It can be used to improve striking, to correct stance when addressing the ball, striking high or low, clashing and blocking etc.
