The Pole Trainer is a strong nylon rod with a flexibly mounted sliotar on one end, and a secure hand grip at the other. One meter long and weighing only 500 gms, it is an extremely handy piece of equipment in coaching classes or groups of young hurlers.
Ideal to use to improve striking, to correct your stance when addressing the ball, striking high or low, clashing and blocking etc.
